Concept

Located on the foreshore, the South Perth Esplanade project shows how Zorzi Builders succeeded in showing all that is possible with lighting.

Australian liniLED® distributor, Radiant Lighting, collaborated with MMA Interiors. Thanks to precise planning, they’ve managed to create a truly unique lighting design; highlighting architectural features throughout the four-story residential property.

Solution

Radiant Lighting used liniLED® LED strips to illuminate the cabinets, walls and ceiling lines. Besides all these amazing lighting creations, there is one specific item which has become the ultimate highlight of this project: the staircase.

To accomplish this extraordinary lighting creation, liniLED® Top LED strips were installed under and down the side of each step. To intensify the lighting effect, liniLED® Profiles Alu Low (incl. liniLED® LED strip) were mounted on the walls.
